Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by AI Conda Limited (Company No. 15988511), registered in England and Wales, with registered address at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE.

2. Services

The specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement will be set out in a Statement of Work (SOW) agreed in writing between AI Conda and the client prior to commencing work.

3. Payment Terms

• 50% of the agreed project fee is due upfront before work commences
• The remaining 50% is due within 30 days of project completion
• All fees are in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
• Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate

4. Cancellation and Refunds

If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, AI Conda reserves the right to retain fees proportionate to the work completed. The upfront deposit is non-refundable once work has begun.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom deliverables created for the client become the client's intellectual property. AI Conda retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

AI Conda's total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
